What our loyalty program is about:
We created a simple and transparent cashback system for our clients. This means that a part of each visit returns to you in the form of bonus points on your Krém client card.These points can be used to cover up to 20% of your next visit - for massages, skincare treatments, or products. Upon registration, you receive 200 welcome points, which can already be used at your next visit.
Levels that grow with you:
The program includes 4 levels based on your total spend. As you move up, your cashback percentage increases:
Classic - 2% (0–3,000 CZK)
Silver+ - 4% (3,001–15,000 CZK)
Gold+ - 6% (15,001–30,000 CZK)
Platinum - 10% (30,001+ CZK)
The idea behind this system is simple: the more you choose to take care of yourself, the more it gives back to you. Its real value lies in making regular care feel easier, more natural, and more rewarding.
Sharing and referrals:
Each client has their own referral link that can be shared with friends or loved ones.
When someone registers through your link, they receive 200 points, and you receive 300 points after their first visit. Because care is something worth sharing.
